Hydrolats, often called floral waters, are magical liquids that are created in the process of extracting essential oils from medicinal aromatic plants. They are widely used and have numerous medicinal properties, which depend on the functional effects of the plant from which they are obtained. In cosmetics, they can be used as natural tonics or the water phase for the production of a number of cosmetic products, but also in cooking as a boon for the body directly from nature.
