BALANS(I)RA – low-calorie drink concentrate

BALANS(I)RA is a herbal complex of extracts and hydrolates that is an excellent thirst quencher and contains antioxidant polyphenols extracted from the family of medicinal plants. It is rich in active ingredients that relax the stomach and stimulate the work of the digestive system, thus balancing the acid-alkaline environment. The result is a balanced pH value and digestion, which helps with symptoms of bloating, diarrhea and cramps. It does not contain sugar and aspartame.

Ingredients: fennel extract (Foeniculum vulgare extract), rosemary extract (Rosmarinus officinalis extract), geranium extract (Pelargonium graveolens extract), olive extract (Olea europaea extract)

Recommended daily dose: Consume 300 mL of the prepared drink per day. The recommended daily dose contains 25% of the recommended daily need for antioxidants.

Method of preparation: mix 100 mL of concentrate with 900 mL of water, and consume during training or during the day. 1 L of concentrate gives 10 L of finished drink.
