Online sales of products at www.svijet-biljaka.hr are carried out by Svijet Biljaka d.o.o. from Vodnjan.

Any person who registers on the website www.svijet-biljaka.hr and orders at least one product electronically is considered a customer.

By registering, the customer confirms that he is an adult and capable of doing business.

Purchases in the name and on behalf of minors and fully legally incompetent persons can be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians, and partially legally capable persons can only conclude the purchase with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. Registration confirms the customer’s status in accordance with the above.

For acting contrary to the above Svijet planta d.o.o. bears no responsibility.

All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices and other benefits that are in effect on the day the order is received are valid.

You receive the original invoice upon payment or delivery.

The conditions for buying/selling products via www.svijet-biljaka.hr are determined by these General Terms and Conditions, which the customer accepts when placing an order.

User registration

By registering at www.svijet-biljaka.hr, the user bears responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration. If there is any change in the data you entered during registration, please update your user account as soon as possible. The user is obliged to keep the data on the user account and is fully responsible for all damage caused by unauthorized use of his user account. By completing the registration, the user accepts responsibility for all activities related to the use of the website www.svijet-biljaka.hr. The user account is not transferable to other persons.

Ordering

Products are ordered electronically by adding them to the shopping cart. Products are considered ordered at the moment when the customer goes through the entire ordering process. We send a confirmation of order acceptance to your e-mail address that you provided during registration or order. If you do not receive an e-mail about the acceptance of the order, please check whether the products are in your basket and repeat the ordering process.

World of plants d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If Svijet planta d.o.o. is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, will contact the customer by e-mail to exchange the product or cancel the ordered product. All other ordered reproductions will be delivered.

Payment

The customer in the online store www.svijet-biljaka.hr undertakes to pay for the ordered products to Svijet biljaka d.o.o. internet banking, m-banking or general money order.

You will receive payment information by email. You can make the payment using internet banking or m-banking, or by general money order in a bank, Croatian Post, Fina, etc. After the payment is made, we send you the ordered products.

Delivery

We deliver the ordered products by GLS.

Delivery/postage prices are displayed on www.svijet-biljaka.hr and include the corresponding VAT. The customer will be informed about the shipping/postage price before completing the purchase using the shopping cart application.

Delivery for the territory of the Republic of Croatia is free for orders over €35.

The delivery deadline for the territory of the Republic of Croatia is five working days, counting from the next working day from the day of payment, except for shipments that are delivered to islands for which there are no regular transport connections.

The order processing service is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Return and exchange

The ordered products will be stacked in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment during collection and if the shipment has external damage, he does not accept it but immediately returns it to the delivery person with a note that the product is damaged.

The customer has the right to cancel the order and inform us about it by e-mail: prodaja@svijet-biljaka.hr or at the address Svijet biljaka d.o.o., Antonio Smareglia 65, 52215 Vodnjan within 15 days from the day of receipt of the shipment. You must return the received products, together with the original invoice, undamaged in the original packaging and in an unchanged quantity within 15 days from the day of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return. Return costs are covered by the buyer. We will return the money for the paid goods within 8 days of our receipt of the product. The cost of the refund is charged to the buyer.

If it is a cancellation of an order that does not include the return of the product but only a cash payment, the money paid will be returned to the customer within 8 days of receiving the customer’s request for a refund of the amount paid.

The customer has no right to return the product in cases determined by Article 49 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

Other provisions

World of plants d.o.o. is authorized to change the content of these General Terms and Conditions, product range, price lists, other data related to online sales, as well as all other content on www.svijet-biljaka.hr without prior notice. World of plants d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage caused by these changes.

The content of www.svijet-biljaka.hr is copyright protected in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.

World of plants d.o.o. is released from any responsibility for damage that could occur when using www.svijet-biljaka.hr on devices that enable access to www.svijet-biljaka.hr and on data stored on the same devices if the damage was caused by illegal actions of third parties, computer viruses, etc. Also Svijet planta d.o.o. is released from any responsibility in the event of circumstances that prevent the use of www.svijet-biljaka.hr.

When registering at www.svijet-biljaka.hr, you will be required to create a password that you must keep only for yourself and not share it with other people. You are responsible for all promotions and orders placed under your account. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, please kindly contact us via e-mail prodaja@svijet-biljaka.hr, so that we can give you instructions for changing your password. If there is any suspicion of a security breach, Svijet planta d.o.o. has the right to ask you to change your password or can block your user account.
